When I first tried a clove of soft black garlic my taste buds exploded!
The taste was so intriguing, I couldn’t resist the temptation and ending up eating a whole black garlic bulb!
Having been born during the Vietnam War and being Vietnamese, I automatically found an ancestry connection to my mother land. Many Asian countries, such as Vietnam ,Korea and China have used black garlic as traditional herbal medicine for many years.
The exciting unique flavour and texture profile is due to our unique process of fermenting a fresh white organic garlic bulb over a period of 4 weeks.
